Currently serving as audit manager, Tia Jones joined RH CPAs in 2023 and brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance and auditing industry.  Her career began with the North Carolina Department of Insurance in 1999 where she was a staff examiner and later promoted to senior examiner in the Financial Evaluation Division.  Prior to joining RH CPA’s, Ms. Jones was director of operations and provider networks at Delta Dental of North Carolina, where she responsible for enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance activities, and provider recruitment strategies to ensure growth, retention and accessibility targets were met for the largest non-profit dental insurer in North Carolina.
